Hi Nick Sounds like you are having a lot of fun. We've been to the organic goat cheese farm this Sunday and that was great. We did the usual decimate a hedge (some call it coppicing...) right to an ankle in height. Well you know the type of conservation work we do around here! I wish you a great time for Christmas.
